Ioana Bucin

Ioana Bucin, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and transformation leadership. Currently serving as Transformation Manager at GreenGroup since August 2023, Ioana previously held the role of Manager for Management Consulting | Strategy & Customer Advisory at KPMG Romania. Prior to that, Ioana was a Senior Consultant/Analyst at PAC – a teknowlogy Group company, where expertise encompassed enterprise applications, digital transformation, and M&A consulting. Experience also includes notable positions at OMV Petrom, where Ioana coordinated project streams and redesigned business processes, and earlier roles at Roland Berger and PAC. Education includes an Executive MBA from Maastricht School of Management and advanced degrees in International Projects Management and International Relations.
