Dolev Gadi has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. They began their career as a Recruitment Referent at Dialog Consulting for Human Resources in 2017. They then moved on to TechJob, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter, managing the full cycle recruitment process for software-related positions in hi-tech companies and startups. During this role, they received in-depth training and developed a strong understanding of programming languages and technologies. After their time at TechJob, Dolev joined The College of Management Academic Studies as a Career Coordinator, where they provided career consulting services to students and facilitated job advertising for graduates and students. Currently, Dolev is working at Morning by Green Invoice as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on hiring initiatives.
