Theo Clarke

Theo Clarke has a solid background in quality assurance and trading operations within the gaming industry. Currently serving as a Junior Trading Operations Associate at Green Man Gaming since November 2025, Theo previously worked as a Senior Quality Analyst at Red Kite Games, where responsibilities included test plan creation, execution, and collaboration with developers on AAA projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior QA Tester and QA Tester at Invincibles Studio and Soccer Manager, respectively, emphasizing multi-platform QA testing, mentorship, and community management. Theo's career began as a QA Tester at TT Fusion, contributing to notable titles such as LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens and LEGO Dimensions. Educationally, Theo holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Games Design from the University of Lancashire.
