Celia Lau

Associate Director, Product Development at Green Monday Holdings

Celia Lau has a diverse work experience in the field of nutrition and product development. Celia started their career in 2013 as a Nutritionist at Green Monday, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined the Hospital Authority as a Student Dietitian from March to December. Celia then returned to Green Monday in 2015 and held various positions including Impact Development Manager & Registered Dietitian until 2019. From 2020 to 2021, they served as an R&D Manager and Registered Dietitian, and in 2021, they were promoted to Senior R&D Manager and Registered Dietitian. Currently, they are working as an Associate Director of Product Development starting in January 2022 at Green Monday.

Celia Lau holds a degree in Food and Nutritional Science & Psychology from The University of Hong Kong. Celia also obtained a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Ulster University. Additionally, Celia is a Registered Dietitian, certified by The Health and Care Professions Council in September 2016.
