Tim Meester has a diverse work experience in various companies and positions. Tim is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Green Mountain Technology since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Kohler Co. as the Vice President of Global Indirect Procurement & Procurement Operations from July 2019 to October 2021, where they were responsible for achieving breakthrough value through strategic sourcing teams and implementing best practices in spend management.

Earlier in their career, Tim held multiple roles at Best Buy, including Senior Director of Procurement & Sustainability from February 2015 to July 2019, Senior Director of Fulfillment Optimization from February 2014 to August 2015, and Director of Sourcing & Category Management from September 2011 to February 2014.

Tim also served as the VP of Product Portfolio & Customer Operations at GS1 US from March 2010 to August 2011, where they played a crucial role in repositioning and enhancing the 1SYNC solution.

Before that, Tim worked at Toys "R" Us, Inc. as the Director of Global Vendor Partnership & Supply Chain Transformation from October 2003 to February 2010, where they focused on supply chain performance improvement and vendor management.

At the beginning of their career, Tim was the Manager of Supply Chain Management at Best Buy Co., Inc. from 2000 to 2003, where they contributed to the improvement of operational performance through purchasing best practices and cross-functional partnerships.

Tim also worked as the Inventory Manager at Katun Corporation from 1997 to 2000, where they led the budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management team. Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement operations, supply chain management, and vendor partnerships.

Tim Meester earned a B.A. in I.T. Management from Concordia University-St. Paul.
