William Cordell

William Cordell is an experienced Solutions Manager at Green Mountain since June 2015, where responsibilities include leading teams for parcel audits and facilitating communication between carriers and clients regarding billing issues. Previous roles at Green Mountain include Senior Engineer, Senior Agile Business Analyst, Operations Product Owner, and Solutions Engineer II, contributing to the development of operational tools, project ROI calculations, and client-focused solutions. Prior to this, William served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Mississippi State University from August 2013 to May 2015, supporting classroom instruction and tutoring mathematics undergraduates.
