Susie Ramirez has worked in the customer service industry since 2010. Susie began their career at VKF Renzel USA Corp. as a Sales and Customer Care representative, where they provided extensive customer service to clients and offered effective solutions. Susie also displayed articulate and engaging communication strengths to build a positive rapport with clients and boost satisfaction and retention. In 2021, Susie joined Green Office Partner as a Customer Success Manager.

Susie Ramirez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Northeastern Illinois University. Susie also has a Video for Sales Certification from Vidyard, which they obtained in August 2022.
