Eli Gromova-Gulbe began their work experience as a Graphic Designer at RUSH Hair & Beauty in October 2015. Eli then worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Candy Mountain from June 2017 to March 2018, where they developed business proposals, designed assets, and supported external commissions. In October 2018, Eli joined WaterAid as a UX Designer for UAL x WaterAid until February 2019. Eli then worked at the University of the Arts London from August 2019 to July 2021, first as an Outreach Ambassador and Workshop Facilitator, and later as a Design Writer. In October 2019, they also began working as a Digital Designer at studio.xyz, where they stayed until October 2021. Currently, Eli is employed at Green Park Content, initially as a Mid-Weight Digital Designer from October 2021 to January 2023, and currently as a Senior Digital Designer. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Producer and Editor at the London College of Communication from August to October 2020.
Eli Gromova-Gulbe started their education in 2013 at the Cambridge School of Visual & Performing Arts, where they completed a summer course in Photography. In 2015, they attended the Rīgas Komercskola (Riga School of Commerce) and pursued General Education with a focus on subjects such as Maths, Economics, English, and Latvian, which is equivalent to A-Levels.
In the same year, Eli also enrolled at Chichester College, where they completed a BTEC in Art & Design from 2015 to 2017.
From 2017 to 2021, Eli attended the University of the Arts London, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Graphic and Media Design. Additionally, in 2019, they took part in intensive courses focused on Creative Technology at the University of the Arts London.
