Karen Segura Duarte has a diverse work experience in various roles. Karen began their career at Restaurante 13 Cielos in 2015 as an Assistant Cook, where they gained experience in different kitchen areas and inventory management. In 2016, they worked at Catamundi as a Baker, responsible for production, baking, and decoration of pastries. Karen also assisted in the formation and baking of French-style bread and managed inventory and purchasing requests.
From 2017 to 2020, Karen worked at "@GinaSommelier," serving as a Corporate Sommelier, Assistant Director, and Event Coordinator. Karen Segura Duarte has a diverse educational background in the field of gastronomy and culinary arts. Karen pursued a Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy and Food Sciences from Centro de Estudios Superiores de San Ángel, which they completed from 2014 to 2018.
