Jo Sweetland

Jo Sweetland is the Managing Director at Green Park. Jo has over 20 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, and management consulting.

Jo started their career as a Consultant at Crone Corkill in 1999. In 2000, they moved to Robert Walters where they managed the IT Banking Contracts team and was recognised as a Global top biller within the organisation. In 2006, they joined Boyden as a Senior Consultant responsible for recruiting interim executives across a broad range of functions and industries.

In their current role as Managing Director at Green Park, Jo is responsible for the growth and development of the business. Jo has a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Jo Sweetland completed a BA Hons in Geography and Jo'story at the University of Leeds.

Jo Sweetland works with Jody Goldsworthy - Managing Director, Kai Adams - Managing Partner, Public & Voluntary Sector Search, and Jo Heath - Managing Partner, Diversity, Inclusion, Culture & Ethics. Their manager is Raj Tulsiani, CEO & Co-Founder.
