Kenneth Koers

Kenneth Koers has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Kenneth is currently working as a Sustainable Technology and Carbon Manager at Green Plains Inc. since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Design Engineer at Honeywell UOP from May 2019 to April 2020. Kenneth also served as a Process Engineer at Life Cycle Associates from October 2017 to May 2019 and as a Lead Chemical Engineer at Honeywell UOP from October 2016 to October 2017. Kenneth has experience in the renewable energy sector as well, having worked as a Process Engineer at Elevance Renewable Sciences, Inc. from January 2012 to June 2016. Kenneth started their career as a Chemical Engineer at UOP from December 2008 to December 2011 and gained internship experience at DSM Pharmaceuticals in 2005. Kenneth'srole as an intern involved analyzing solvent usage and assessing the feasibility of solvent recovery programs.

Kenneth Koers earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Kenneth further pursued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, completing their studies from 2006 to 2008.
