Jessica Aquilino SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jessica currently holds the position of Human Resources Manager at Green Rabbit, starting in April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resource Manager at Milk Street Cafe from July 2014 to April 2021. Jessica gained valuable managerial experience during their time as a Manager at Panera Bread from July 2007 to July 2014.

Jessica Aquilino SHRM-CP pursued their education in a systematic and focused manner. In 2003, they enrolled at SUNY Oneonta and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Food Service and Restaurant Administration in 2007. After gaining practical experience in the field, they decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services. From 2016 to 2019, they attended Emmanuel College (Boston) and successfully obtained their Master's degree. Jessica'seducational background in both food service and restaurant administration, as well as human resources management, provides their with a diverse skill set that can be utilized in various industries.
