Camella Morgan

Camella Morgan is the current Executive Director of Information Technology at Green River College. Camella has over 25 years of experience in the field of data processing and information technology.

Morgan began their career in 1985 as the Data Processing Coordinator at Valley Medical Center & Valley Radiologists Inc. In this role, they were responsible for the operations and maintenance of the radiology information system (RIS) at Valley Radiologists Inc., including other related interfaces and/or links. Morgan planned specific system software/hardware development and design, assisted in the design and implementation of all software programs, supervised the appropriate testing of new programs before and during live operations, assisted RIS vendor in supporting and troubleshooting RIS related interfaces, performed routine maintenance procedures including backups, monitored disk space consumption, coordinated hardware maintenance schedules, maintained audit compliance procedures, maintained system security – tracked Netware and email user password assignments. Camella also developed and maintained policies and procedures for all phases of the RIS related interfaces.

In 1993, Morgan left Valley Medical Center & Valley Radiologists Inc. to take on the role of Executive Director of Information Technology at Green River College. In this role, they oversee the college’s information technology needs, including planning, budgeting, implementation, and maintenance of all computer systems and networks.

Their manager is Suzanne M. Johnson, President. Camella Morgan works with Wendy Stewart - Vice President of International Programs & Extended Learning, Deborah Casey - Vice President of Student Affairs, and Rolita Ezeonu - Vice President of Instruction.
