Joel Oliver has extensive work experience in the real estate development industry. Joel is currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Green Street Real Estate Ventures, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, Joel worked as the Managing Director & SVP of Development and later as the Senior Vice President of Development at the same company. Joel also held the role of Vice President of Housing Development from September 2017 to June 2020.

Before that, they worked as a Sr. Project Analyst at THF Realty from August 2002 to June 2007.

Joel's early career includes roles such as a Senior Project Manager and Partner at Planet Do It from 2006 to 2007, as well as an Intern at The Kroenke Group from 2000 to 2002. Overall, Joel Oliver has demonstrated a strong background in real estate development and has held various leadership positions in the industry.

Joel Oliver obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Missouri-Columbia and the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business in the years 1998 to 2002. Later on, they pursued a Masters degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from Saint Louis University, which they completed between 2008 and 2012.
