Mark Santo

Mark Santo is a Partner at Marco Q. Rossi & Associati, an international boutique law firm specializing in international legal projects and strategic tax planning for cross-border transactions since January 2015. In addition to this role, Mark Santo serves as a member of the Board of Directors at UMBRAGROUP SpA, a leading manufacturer of high-precision mechanical components for the aerospace and defense sectors, since January 2023. Mark Santo is also a Co-Founder of Green Swans, a climate technology company focused on identifying and commercializing innovative technologies for sustainability, established in December 2019. Mark Santo holds a Master of Laws in International & Comparative Law from Georgetown University Law Center and a Juris Doctorate from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University.
