Matt Wilkinson

Matt Wilkinson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2010, they worked in the US Army, holding roles such as Aviation Operations Director, Company Executive Officer, and Brigade Operations and Training Director. In these positions, they managed security operations, oversaw logistics and training support, and supervised personnel.

In 2015, Matt transitioned to Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., where they held multiple roles, including Operations Manager, Senior Planning and Logistics Manager, and Quality Assurance Senior Manager. Matt was responsible for delivering goals related to quality, productivity, budget, and safety compliance. Matt led a team through continuous improvement and visual management activities, and served as the department champion for the site's Total Productive Maintenance program.

Matt's most recent work experience is with Green Thumb Industries (GTI), where they currently serve as an Operations Manager.

Matt Wilkinson attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Geography and Environmental Engineering. Prior to their time at West Point, they received a diploma from Canterbury School from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Matt also holds several certifications, including Preventive Controls Qualified Individual obtained from AIB International, Inc in July 2020, Information Security and Operations Security obtained from the US Army in November 2014, and Contracting Officer Representative and Field Ordering Officer obtained from the US Army in December 2011.
