Matthew Ruggiero

Matthew Ruggiero has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Beginning in 2005, they worked as a PC Support Specialist at FreshPoint Connecticut. In 2007, they joined Computer Visionaries Inc as a Technical Specialist. Matthew then moved on to Pomeroy in 2009, where they served as a Field Services Technician, providing second-level desktop support and performing troubleshooting tasks.

In 2011, Ruggiero joined Wyman Gordon as a Junior Network Administrator, supporting the transition of computer networks and providing troubleshooting and installation support. Matthew later took on the role of Senior Network Administrator and was responsible for supervising an enterprise roll-out, administering VMWare servers, and leading IT teams at multiple facilities. Matthew eventually became the Regional IT Manager for the East Coast, overseeing help desk operations, standardizing processes, and managing projects.

In 2020, Ruggiero joined Function of Beauty as an IT Technician, and in 2021, they joined Green Thumb Industries (GTI) as an IT Specialist. Matthew then progressed to the role of Associate IT Operations Engineer before becoming an Endpoint Engineer.

Matthew Ruggiero obtained their HS Diploma in Microcomputer Software Technology from Vinal Technical High School, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Matthew then attended Manchester Community College from 2001 to 2005, earning an AS degree in Computer Engineering. In 2005, Matthew also obtained an A+ Certification from Comptia. Later, in 2014 and 2015, they pursued a Microsoft course 10747 and 10748, earning a Certificate from Microsoft.
