Nicolas Hetman has a strong background in social media strategy and management. Nicolas currently works as the Social Media Strategy Manager at Green Thumb Industries (GTI), where they oversee the RISE Dispensaries business. Nicolas is responsible for creating and executing the brand strategy, managing the budget, content creation, and regional amplification. Prior to this, Nicolas worked at Weber Inc. as the Global Social Media Manager, leading creative strategy and data for the U.S. channels. Nicolas also held the role of Social Media Manager at Weber Grills, where they managed social initiatives, influencer programs, and creative agency relationships. Earlier in their career, Nicolas worked as a Social Strategist at R/GA, where they worked on various client accounts and created social briefs for paid and organic initiatives. Nicolas has also gained experience at McDonald's, where they held various roles including Global Strategy & Community Supervisor and Global Social Media Community Manager. Before entering the corporate world, Nicolas started their career as a Marketing Intern at Urban Gateways and gained experience as a Social Media and Content Intern at ThinkCERCA.com. Nicolas has a passion for social media strategy and creative content development.

Nicolas Hetman completed their primary education at Saint Ignatius College Prep from 2006 to 2010. Later, from 2010 to 2014, they attended Lake Forest College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at Lake Forest College, Nicolas studied Communications, Digital Media Art, and Legal Studies.
