Rachel Bravo

Rachel Bravo, M.S., is an accomplished Talent and Organizational Development Program Manager at Green Thumb Industries (GTI) since February 2024. Previously, Rachel served as a Senior Talent Development Specialist at The Vitamin Shoppe, where responsibilities included program design and delivery, identifying performance gaps, and developing training plans. Prior roles included Learning and Development Specialist at SierraConstellation Partners, Learning and Development Consultant at Applied Learning Science, and Behavioral Science Research Analyst at inVibe Labs, where a strong focus on learning paths, training needs assessments, and data analysis was prevalent. Rachel also gained valuable experience as a Consumer Insight Intern with Disney Parks & Resorts and as a Graduate Research Assistant at California State University-San Bernardino, among other positions. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University-San Bernardino, along with an Associate of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Chaffey College.
