Scarlet Minor

Scarlet Minor started their career in 2014 as a Customer Engagement Specialist at HealthSource RI, where they provided assistance to customers regarding health coverage. Scarlet then worked as a Customer Service Associate at SEPHORA, ensuring a positive customer service experience and assisting with online orders. In 2016, they became a Business Analyst at Citizens Financial Group, Inc. for a year. Scarlet later joined Citizens Bank as an Unsecured/Student Lending Contact Center Sr Specialist. Scarlet then worked at Amica Mutual Insurance as an SCSS Process Specialist and at NTT DATA Services as a Customer Care Associate. In 2019, they joined Bank of America as a preferred sales specialist, prior to joining The Jewelers Board of Trade as a Business Credit Analyst in 2021. Currently, Scarlet is working as a Patient Care Specialist at Green Thumb Industries (GTI).

Scarlet Minor attended Year Up from 2016 to 2017. Scarlet focused on Information Technology during their time at this school.
