Nayef H. Alshammari has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. NAYEF H. started their career at Chevron Inc. in 1977, where they worked as the Supervisor of the Purchasing & Logistics Division for 36 years, until 2013. At Chevron, they gained expertise in managing procurement and logistics operations.

After leaving Chevron, Nayef joined Al Yasmine Al Dawlia General Trading & Contracting Co. WLL in 2013 as the Managing Director. In this role, they oversaw the overall business activities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. NAYEF H. also directed human resources activities and coordinated financial operations to improve efficiency.

In 2014, they joined Gulf Technology Company as the Managing Director. Here, they formulated and implemented company policies to drive profitable growth. NAYEF H. also developed strategic operating plans aligned with the company's objectives and priorities.

NAYEF H. initially joined as the Regional General Manager, serving as a key link between the corporate office and the regional sales team. Later, from 2008 to 2012, Nayef pursued a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting at Mansoura University in Egypt. NAYEF H. furthered their education by completing a Master's Degree in Marketing Management and Business Administration at Grant Town University from 2013 to 2014. In 2014-2015, they earned a certificate in Project Management from the Gulf Project Management Association. Throughout their career, Nayef has also obtained various certifications in customer service, procurement, risk assessment, strategic management, and leadership development from institutions such as Chevron, International Academy of Project Management, and others.
