Faye Hughes Phr

Faye Hughes PHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Faye is currently the Head of People and Culture at Green Worldwide Shipping, LLC® since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of HR - North America at Trident Trust from October 2021 to January 2022. Faye previously worked as an HR Consultant at Proliant from March 2018 to October 2021, and as an HR Generalist at Flint Group from September 2016 to March 2018. Faye also held various roles at Charter Global, including Lead HR Coordinator/HR Manager from September 2015 to September 2016, HR/Operations Coordinator from March 2014 to August 2015, and HR/Operations Assistant from July 2013 to March 2014. Additionally, Faye worked as a Transport Team Leader at Asda from 2008 to 2011, and as an HR Assistant/Jr Analyst at UBS Investment Bank from September 2007 to October 2008.

Faye Hughes PHR, SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management, which they obtained from Northumbria University between 2003 and 2007. In 2007, they participated in the Mountbatten Internship Program, where they focused on International Business but did not earn a specific degree. In 2005 and 2006, Faye Hughes studied abroad at Georgia College & State University, specifically focusing on International Business. Faye also holds additional certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which they obtained in December 2015, and the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM, which they earned in July 2018.
