Claude Vuillieme

Claude is an EVP at Greenbacker and leads all legal activities at the firm, serving as General Counsel. She joined the company in 2022, before which she was Senior Fund Counsel at Global Infrastructure Partners, where she was responsible for overseeing all fund matters including product design for both equity and credit products as well as negotiation with investors. Previously, Claude served as Deputy General Counsel at I Squared Capital (an infrastructure fund) for over seven years, overseeing general corporate and transactional matters, including fund formation, fundraising and co-investments as well as compliance and regulatory activities. Claude began her career at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York after graduating from Paris II Pantheon – ASSAS UNIVERSITY and completing her LLM at Columbia University School of Law, in New York.
