Katy Esper

Katy Esper has a diverse work experience starting from 2017. Katy began their career as an Operations and Events Intern at Urbanity Dance, where they assisted the director in curating festivals and organizing schedules for rehearsals and performances. Katy then joined Starbucks as a Shift Manager, where they were responsible for scheduling, payroll, and store-wide communication. Katy later advanced to the role of Operations Lead at Starbucks, where they tracked sales progress, managed scheduling and payroll, and assisted the store manager with production plans. In 2021, Katy joined Arcadia Earth as an Operations Manager, where they managed floor operations, delegated tasks to a team, and handled conflicts and disciplinary actions. Katy then moved on to Holmusk as an Office Manager, before joining Greenbacker Capital in a similar role.

Katy Esper obtained their Bachelor's degree in Dance from Mount Holyoke College, graduating between the years 2013 and 2017.
