Spencer Mash

Spencer is the EVP of Structured Finance at the firm and is involved in tax equity and debt financing supporting asset acquisitions. He joined the company in 2011, before which he was a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Group at Deerfield Capital Management. While there, he performed in depth due diligence and financial analyses, negotiated loan documentation, and monitored over 20 private middle-market first lien, second lien, mezzanine, and one-stop senior secured debt investments. Spencer began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch after graduating magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business with a BS in Economics and a concentration in Finance and Marketing.
