Ana Rosa Ramirez Toft-Nielsen, Esq., MLIS, serves as the Director of Knowledge Management at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and holds adjunct professor positions at the University of Miami School of Law and Florida International University College of Law since May 2016. With extensive experience in legal research and education, Ana co-created and teaches an Advanced Legal Research Certificate program while focusing on advanced electronic legal research and law practice technology. Prior roles include Research Attorney at Littler and LexisNexis, and Regional Director for Kaplan PMBR, demonstrating a solid background in training, curriculum development, and legal research methodologies. Ana holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Florida State University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Boston College.
