Betsey began their career as a Manager - Strategic Education at Whittman-Hart / marchFIRST. In this role, they were responsible for designing and delivering training programs for employees of the company. Betsey then went on to work as a Director of Staff Development and Technology Training at Sidley Austin LLP, where they led a team of 15 learning professionals who contributed to the enhancement of lawyer and staff performance through innovative professional development and technology training solutions.

Most recently, Betsey has served as the Chief Learning & Development Officer at Greenberg Traurig, where they are responsible for overseeing the firm's learning and development initiatives. Under their leadership, the firm has seen significant improvements in employee engagement and retention. Betsey is a strong believer in the transformative power of education and is committed to helping others reach their full potential.

Betsey Frank completed their undergraduate studies at Lake Forest College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Betsey then went on to earn a Masters of Science in Organizational Development from Northwestern University. Betsey is a certified Chief Learning Officer and was named a CLO LearningElite Finalist in 2021 and 2022.
