Tom Romer is currently the Chair of Innovative Client Strategies at Greenberg Traurig. Prior to this, they were a partner at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck from January 2007 to April 2015. Before that, they were a partner at Baker & Hostetler LLP from November 1998 to March 2007.

Romer began their career in 1992 as a Derivatives Analyst at Merrill Lynch. After that, they worked as an International Golf Course Design Associate at Dye Designs International from July 1990 to January 1991.

Tom Romer graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Tom then went on to complete their Jursis Doctorate at the University of Colorado in Law.
