Derek Kilgore

Derek Kilgore is an experienced engineering manager with a solid background in mechanical design and project engineering. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Greenbridge since September 2022, Derek previously held engineering management roles at SIFCO Applied Surface Concepts and experience as a mechanical design engineer at The Steelastic Company, among others. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron, Derek has demonstrated expertise in designing innovative machinery, conducting feasibility studies, optimizing production lines, and improving manufacturing processes across various organizations. Skills include proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, as well as experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
