Miguel Isaac

Miguel Isaac is currently an Energy Analyst and Graduate Trainee at GreenCape, starting in April 2023. Previously, Miguel served as a Junior Researcher at the National Research Foundation of South Africa from January 2021 to December 2022, contributing to a project analyzing urban elites' utilization of private hybrid and off-grid technologies in relation to infrastructure and climate change. Additionally, Miguel worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Johannesburg in August 2021, focusing on public perceptions of democracy, and as a Short-term Researcher at the University of the Western Cape from March to June 2021, where responsibilities included conducting literature reviews and data collection. Miguel holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of the Western Cape, expected to be completed in December 2023, along with a Bachelor of Arts Honours and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field, indicating a strong academic background in political science and related subjects.
