Manisha Srivastava

Manisha Srivastava has a strong and extensive work experience in the field of legal and compliance. Manisha is currently serving as the Head of Legal at GreenCell Mobility, a company promoted by Eversource Capital. Prior to this, they worked at Optimal Strategix Group, Inc. as a Consultant Director for Legal and Compliance, where they registered new subsidiaries in Singapore and Canada, trained the global team on data privacy laws, and ensured compliance with privacy laws worldwide.

Before that, Manisha worked as a Consultant Director for Legal and Compliance at Koventura Travel & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., where they served from 2019 to 2022. Ltd., where they negotiated content contracts with telecom companies and managed cross-country contracts with content creators.

Manisha Srivastava attended the University of Mumbai from 1992 to 2000 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and History. During the same period, they also studied at the Government Law College in Mumbai, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Laws. In 2022, they enrolled at Enhelion for an online Diploma program in Mergers and Acquisition Laws and Cyber Laws.
