Tarun Vashishth has been working in various sales and distribution roles throughout their career. In 2011, they started as a Sales Officer at RAJVANSHI FOOD AND BEVERAGES PRIVATE LIMITED. Then, in 2013, they became a Sales Officer at Bikaji Foods International Ltd. where they handled channel sales and retail sales.

In 2015, Tarun joined redBus as an Inventory Executive, where they focused on maintaining good relationships with bus operators and increasing occupancy. Tarun also worked as an Assistant Sales Manager at redBus, handling all B2B sales for the North Region.

In 2019, Tarun transitioned to Shuttl, starting as an Assistant Sales Manager and later becoming an Assistant Manager - Offline Sales. Tarun launched the Shuttl Intercity bus booking platform NEO and handled all B2B sales of Expresso buses in Delhi. Tarun also collected market data and monitored competitor activities during their tenure at Shuttl.

Most recently, Tarun worked at zingbus as an Assistant Manager - Demand, responsible for various aspects of the bus business, such as strategy, pricing, inventory, and sales management. Tarun built new business from scratch and managed P&L.

Currently, Tarun is working as a Manager - Sales & Distribution at GreenCell Mobility, promoted by Eversource Capital.

Tarun Vashishth completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Shekhawati College for Education, Sikar from 2006 to 2009. Tarun then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in marketing and finance from Jaipur National University from 2009 to 2011.
