Nathan Mills

Nathan Mills is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the food and retail sectors. Currently serving as Group People Director at Greencore since November 2019, Nathan oversees Inclusion & Diversity, Talent, Development, and Strategic Workforce Planning. Previously held the position of Group Sales Director and was responsible for the Sales function across all product categories. Nathan's leadership experience includes serving as Business Unit Director for Greencore's Grocery Division and as Commercial Director at Company Shop Group, where responsibilities encompassed production, logistics, retail, and property. Nathan's tenure at Asda spanned over two decades, during which several senior roles were held, including Senior Category Director across various sectors and General Manager for various marketing and strategy divisions. Early in the career, Nathan worked as a Marketing Analyst at Procter & Gamble.
