Chandra Stradling

Chandra Stradling has been working in the professional world since 1993. Chandra started their career as an Assistant Store Manager of Merchandising at Saks Incorporated. In 2000, they joined Sunrise Senior Living as a Vice President of Operations for the West Division, where they were responsible for 41 communities in 9 states and Ontario, Canada. Chandra also held the roles of Regional Director of Operations and Executive Director at Sunrise Senior Living. In 2021, they became an Advisor at a company in Stealth Mode and an Operational Consultant at CLS Executive Consulting. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Greencroft Communities.

Chandra Stradling obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University. In 2016, they became a MBTI Facilitator through the Meyers & Briggs Foundation. In 2004, they obtained a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator certification from the Indiana State Department of Health.
