Charlie Gale

Charlie Gale has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the hospitality and property management industries. Charlie is currently working as an Investment Director at Greene King. Prior to this, they served as an Investment Manager at Star Pubs & Bars, where they focused on developing capital investment projects to increase profitability. Charlie also held positions at Hawthorn Leisure Limited as an Operations Director, leading a team to achieve growth, and at Enterprise Inns plc as a Divisional Property Manager, responsible for property management and driving income growth. Charlie has a background in building surveying and planning supervision, having worked at Davis Langdon, The Stephen Barker Partnership, and Waring and Netts.

Charlie Gale completed a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from an unknown institution in 2001. In 2010, they pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Construction and Real Estate, which they completed in 2013. Charlie also obtained a PGDipProjMan at an unknown time, and became a MRICS member in 2007.
