Hayley Broxton

Hayley Broxton is an accomplished learning and development professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development Business Partner at Greene King since June 2018, Hayley has held various roles, including HRBP, Senior L&D Business Partner, Retail Training Manager, and Technical Skills Manager, leading a team of technical skills trainers. Prior to this, Hayley worked at Costa Express Limited from August 2013 to June 2018 as a Brand Coach Team Leader, responsible for leading a team of Brand Coaches and promoting brand excellence through on-site training and audits, and as a Trainer. Hayley completed education at Belgrave High School from 1991 to 1998.
