Central Operations Director- Destination Brands at Greene King

Luke Adams has a diverse work experience in various companies. Luke started as a Licensed Retail Assistant/Relief Manager at Marston's PLC from 2000 to 2006. Luke later worked as a Cafe Manager at Cafe Italia from 2008 to 2010. Luke then joined Greggs as a Shop Manager from 2010 to 2012 before becoming an Area Sales Manager from 2012 to 2014. After that, they worked at Lidl UK as an Area Manager from 2014 to 2015, during which they also took on the role of Regional Project Manager. From 2015 onwards, Luke joined Greene King where they worked as a Business Development Manager from 2015 to 2016, then Head of Operations Communications & Activity from 2016 to 2020, and further advanced to Head of Central Operations - Destination Food Brands from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Central Operations Director- Destination Brands at Greene King.

Luke Adams attended West Bridgford School from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained their GCSE in General Education. Luke then pursued further education at South Nottingham College from 2006 to 2009, earning an HND in Sports & Exercise Science Coaching, specializing in Sports Science.
