Niels Poiesz

Niels Poiesz has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Niels started as a Graduate Student Intern at the Sailing Innovation Centre, where they worked on their thesis and successfully designed a new type of trapeze harness. After that, they worked at GlobalCar as an Employee, assisting with the registration process for vehicles. Niels then joined Essent as a Propositie Developer, focusing on the commercial development of propositions for Essent Zakelijk. As part of the Stedin Traineeship program, they worked at ElaadNL, analyzing Electric Vehicle (EV) developments and building relationships with test laboratories. Niels later joined Stedin as a Trainee where they worked on projects related to improving data planning and flexibility and congestion management. Currently, they are working at Greener Power Solutions as a Business Developer Grid.

Niels Poiesz earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrieel ontwerpen (Industrial design) / Industrieel product ontwerpen from Delft University of Technology, from 2011 to 2015. Afterward, Niels pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Integrated Product Design from Delft University of Technology, which spanned from 2015 to 2018.
