Sulagna Chitteth (She/Her) has over 15 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Sulagna began their career in 2005 as a Senior Executive - HR at Metis Outsourcing Solutions Pvt. Ltd, where they worked with two start-up client companies and handled end-to-end HR activities. In 2007, they moved to Publicis Sapient as a Staffing Strategist, where they acted as Domain Lead for Quality Assurance and assisted with Program Management and Business Consulting domains. In 2008, they joined Max New York Life Insurance Company as an Assistant Manager - HR, where they were in charge of the IJP process, Leadership Hiring & Referral Process of MNYL, Campus activities, and the 1 year Management Training Program. In 2010, they became Manager - HR at P.E. Analytics, where they designed and implemented HR policies & procedures, created an employee handbook, was in charge of recruitment, and was responsible for annual performance reviews, probation extensions, and confirmations. In 2014, they moved to The HR Practice as a Senior Associate / Manager - HR at Client Site, where they worked on the client-site of three companies as Manager HR, handling end-to-end HR activities. Currently, they are HR Manager at GreeneStep Technologies.

Sulagna Chitteth is currently enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, where they are pursuing a Certificate in People Analytics and Digital HR. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA in HR (Main) and Marketing (Minor) from ICFAI Business School between 2003 and 2005. Sulagna also holds a Bachelor's of Business Management in Marketing from Jyoti Nivas College Autonomous, Bangalore, which they completed between 2000 and 2003. Her educational journey began with an ICSE from Baldwin Girls' High School. Additionally, Chitteth has obtained a Certificate course in People Analytics and Digital HR from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore (2022), a Diploma in Counseling Skills from Banjara Academy (2018), an Integrated Approach to Managing Employee Compensation & Rewards from Meritt HR Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (2014), a Train The Trainer Certification from Bodhih Training Solutions Pvt Ltd (2014), and a Six Sigma Training from Max Life Insurance Company Limited (2009).
