Lindsey Keenan

Director of Social & Emotional Learning Innovation at Greenfield Learning

Lindsey joined the Greenfield Learning team as an Implementation Partner in 2020. She was born and raised in a small town near Monterey, CA, and moved to Chico, CA for college. She graduated with her B.A. and M.S. in Psychology from California State University, Chico, and went on to support a variety of clients as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Lindsey ultimately decided that her skills and interests would be better suited in education and completed her Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential through CalState TEACH. She has since taught kindergarten, third grade, and sixth grade. Through her experiences in the fields of mental health and education, she has developed a passion for Social and Emotional Learning (SEL). She will never forget her experience with one of her 3rd-grade classes that proved just how important community and a sense of belonging are to students and their ability to learn. She is excited to be able to support both educators and learners build their capacity for SEL.
