Katie McGinnis

Katie McGinnis has extensive experience in the information technology field, currently serving as a D365 System Administrator at Greenfield Global since November 2016, with additional roles including ERP Security and D365 Azure Associate Administrator, ERP Implementation Analyst, and IT Helpdesk Analyst. Prior to this, Katie worked at CompuCom as a Service Experience Analyst and gained customer service experience as a Barista at Starbucks. An internship with the Richmond Chamber of Commerce provided valuable early career exposure. Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Eastern Kentucky University, completed in 2015.
