Wesley Baker

Wesley Baker has a diverse background in operations and training within various industries, particularly in manufacturing and process control. Currently serving as a Process Operator at Greenfield Global since May 2023, Wesley has accumulated extensive experience as a Control Room Operator at Atlantic Mining St. Barbara from October 2017, and as a Foreman at Farnell Packaging Limited from July 2016 to October 2017. Prior roles include Training Coordinator and Integration Team Lead at E.I. DuPont Canada, where Wesley led initiatives in lean culture, productivity improvement, and training development.
