Nicole Chernick

Nicole Chernick has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare coordination, currently serving as a Nurse at Forest Hill Heights since July 2017 and as the Director of Nursing/Health Care Coordinator at Greenfield Senior Living Inc since May 2016. Prior to these roles, Nicole worked as a Hospice Nurse at Senator Bob Hooper House from July 2013 to May 2016, and as a Nurse Supervisor at Rock Spring Village from September 2011 to July 2013.
