Ferry Kamp has over twenty years of experience in the food industry. In 1997, they began their career as a Junior Product Manager at Colgate Palmolive. In 1998, they joined Unilever and held various roles, including Brand Leader Knorr Netherlands, European Marketing Manager Cooking Products, Brand Manager Blue Band - Netherlands, and E-commerce Manager. In 2014, they became Head of Marketing & Digital Transformation and Senior Marketing Director - DACH for Unilever Food Solutions Nederland. In 2018, they founded Jigsaw Consultancy and assumed the role of Board Advisor/Interim CMO. Ferry also became Vice President Innovation at Startupbootcamp and Co-Founder of The Growth Kitchen. In 2021, they became Co-Owner of Café Bistro Rijnbar and in 2022, they were appointed Chief Growth Officer at GREENFORCE.

Ferry Kamp 🌱 completed a post graduate degree in Brand Management from AOG School of Management in 2003. Ferry then went on to obtain an MBA - Masters in Business Administration from University of Groningen Business School (UGBS) in 1997, with a concentration in Economics, Marketing, and International Business Strategy. In 1995, they earned their International Business English degree from University of Groningen in English Language and Literature/Letters. In 2017, they attended INSEAD for Finance for Executives, as well as Startupbootcamp for a Lean Innovation Masterclass. In 2010, they completed an Executive Leadership Coaching course from Madston Black Australia in Leadership. In 2021, they are currently enrolled in the Institute for Real Growth's IRG 100 Leadership Program.
