Lisa Lugo has extensive work experience in financial systems administration and ERP management. Lisa is currently working as a Senior Financial Systems Administrator at Greenhouse Software, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they held roles at Compass, where they worked as a Senior Financial Business Systems Administrator II from March 2022 to November 2022, and as a NetSuite Financial Systems Administrator from June 2019 to March 2022. Before Compass, Lisa worked at Eco-Products as an ERP Manager, overseeing the management and implementation of the NetSuite ERP and CRM system. Lisa also has experience as an Enterprise Application Administrator at Optiv Inc, where they provided support for NetSuite, OpenAir, Salesforce.com, and Concur. Lisa's earlier roles include Technical Business Analyst at InJoy Birth & Parenting Education, Inside Sales positions at ePlus Technology, and Inside Sales in Bids & Contracts at Custom Computer Specialists.

Lisa Lugo completed their education from 1996 to 1998 at Suffolk County Community College, where they earned an AAS degree in Liberal Arts. Later, from 2012 to 2016, they attended Colorado State University Global, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems & Business Analytics.
