Liz Mellon

Liz Mellon has a strong background in corporate law, with experience in various roles over the past decade. Liz is currently working at Greenhouse Software as a Senior Corporate Counsel, a role they obtained in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the same company as a Corporate Counsel from March 2021 to March 2022. Liz also serves as a DeputyGC Member at TechGC since January 2022.

Before joining Greenhouse Software, Liz worked at Watermark as VP Legal from December 2020 to March 2021, and as a Corporate Counsel from August 2019 to December 2020. Liz gained experience as an Attorney at the New York Legal Assistance Group from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, Liz worked as an Associate at Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP from August 2014 to December 2017.

During their legal studies, Liz interned at the Honorable Lawrence F. Stengel, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where they served as a Judicial Intern from August 2013 to May 2014. Liz also interned at Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP as a Summer Associate from May 2013 to July 2013. Additionally, they gained experience as a Judicial Intern at the Honorable Cynthia M. Rufe, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, from July 2012 to August 2012.

Liz's career in law began with an internship at the Bucks County Office of the Guardian Ad Litem in 2011, where they served as an Intern from March 2011 to August 2011. Throughout their work experience, Liz has developed a strong legal foundation, specializing in corporate law and demonstrating their commitment to advancing their legal career.

Liz Mellon completed their education at Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, receiving a Doctor of Law - JD degree. Prior to that, they attended Virginia Tech, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Political Science and Government.
