Melissa Lobel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Melissa began their career as a Sales Associate and Course Instructor at Michaels Stores, Inc. in 2014. In 2015, they interned at Franklin Templeton Investments as part of their HR Talent Acquisition team. Melissa also worked as a Research Assistant at NYU Social Justice Lab from 2015 to 2017.

Melissa was subsequently promoted to Technical Talent Acquisition Manager II and then III.
