Mia Menken has a diverse work experience in various industries. Mia started their career at Wiley as a Marketing Assistant, where they supported the Accounting & Finance product lines and managed conventions and market research activities. Mia then became a Publisher's Representative, maintaining and growing market share in the New England territory.

After that, Mia joined EF Education First as an Account Manager, forging partnerships with teachers and promoting educational travel programs.
