Terence Burke

Mr. Burke joined Greenidge as its General Counsel in January 2022. He was Assistant General Counsel at First Solar, Inc. from 2014 through 2021. Previously, he was an attorney with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission from 2010 to 2014, serving for the last three years as a policy advisor to Commissioner Moeller. He served as General Counsel – Nuclear among other senior positions for Entergy Corporation from 2005 to 2010 and was a Vice President and Deputy General Counsel with Allegheny Energy, Inc. (now part of FirstEnergy Corp.) from 1999 to 2004. Earlier in his career, he worked at Niagara Mohawk Corporation (now part of National Grid) and as a corporate lawyer in private practice. Mr. Burke graduated from Hamilton College and received his Juris Doctor from The Law School, The University of Chicago.
