Major Vivek Soni

Major Vivek Soni is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in both military and corporate environments. Currently serving as DGM Security at Greenko Group since February 2022, Major Soni specializes in security consultation for technical and physical security. Previously, as Chief Security Officer at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., Major Soni oversaw security operations at a mining and manufacturing plant in Odisha. Their diverse background includes roles as a Security & Liaison Officer for G4S during IPL 2021 and as a Drone Pilot Trainer for the Government of India's Common Services Centre, where Major Soni trained over 25 village boys in drone operation. Major Soni has also contributed to KEC International Ltd. as a Senior Manager, where Major Vivek initiated drone-based activities, and served 14 years as an army officer. Major Soni holds an eMBA in Finance and eCommerce, a certificate in business management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Commerce.
